Reminders

Ask Pia to remind you about something and it turns up here. Reminders is the screen that shows everything Pia is holding for you, grouped by when it’s due.

Open it from the sidebar, or press Ctrl+3 in an Assistant window.

Reminders are made in conversation — there’s no New reminder button. Just ask:

  • “Remind me to call the dentist tomorrow”
  • “Set a daily reminder to drink water”
  • “Remind me about the meeting at 3 PM”
  • “Create a weekly reminder to review my goals”

Pia shows you an approval card with the description, the time and the recurrence before it saves anything, and tells you when the reminder will first fire.

Reminders can repeat Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.

Reminders are grouped into buckets so the urgent ones sit at the top:

Overdue · Today · Tomorrow · This week · Later

Each row shows the description, how often it repeats, the time of day, when it next fires, and a status chip. The header above gives you the totals — how many are active, snoozed, disabled, completed and overdue.

The filter bar narrows the list to All, Active, Snoozed, Disabled or Completed.

Hover a row for its buttons:

Button What it does
Snooze 15 min Pushes it back a quarter of an hour.
Dismiss Deals with this occurrence. A Once reminder becomes Completed; a repeating one is rescheduled to its next time and stays Active.
Enable / Disable Keeps the reminder but stops it firing.
Delete Removes it for good.

The header also has bulk actions for whatever the current filter is showing: Dismiss all, Disable all, and Delete all. Delete all asks for confirmation first — it can’t be undone.

Refresh re-reads the list if you’ve been changing reminders from chat in another window.

When a reminder fires, two things happen:

  • A Windows notification pops up, with Dismiss and Snooze buttons right on it — so you can deal with it without opening Pia.
  • A card appears in Flow, Pia’s attention rail on the right edge of the window.
  • Todos & Kanban — for work that needs tracking rather than nudging
  • Flow — where reminders surface as they fire
  • Routines — when you want Pia to do something on a schedule, not just remind you
